PREORDER FAQ
I'm unable to checkout after entering my card information, is there a reason?
✦ If you use an American Express card, please try checking out with the PayPal payment method instead. Unfortunately Stripe Malaysia (the direct card payment method) isn't able to accept Amex transactions at this time.
What is the Preorder period normally?
✦ The preorder period depends on the item.
Usually for pouches / standees / acrylics, it's around 1 week long or from the opening of my shop update till the end of the update.
For cosmetic items, it's around 2 weeks long unless stated otherwise.
When will I receive my preorder?
✦ Production time is anywhere between 1 month - 2 months (depending on the item / with no delays). Processing time will take another 1-2 weeks so please expect your orders in roughly 3 months.
Can my non-preorder / in stock items be shipped first?
✦ Non-preorder / in stock items in the same order as preordered items will be sent together. If you want to receive the in stock items first, please consider ordering separately.
What is the cancellation policy for preorders?
✦ Unfortunately, all orders are non-refundable. Please always be sure of your order before making it!
How will I know when my preorder has been shipped?
✦ You will receive an email notification from BigCartel containing your tracking number.
Will I be emailed updates on the process of the preorder?
✦ Instead of email updates, I will be actively updating my socmed (Instagram / Twitter / Tumblr) with the preorder statuses. You are also free to contact me & I'll be happy to give you an update :)
